![]() There should be a ‘realtime’ mode like there is when you bounce to an mp3 or a PCM file.ĭoes anyone know how to fix the fade tool not working on the cut up clips of the original audio files? Either I've gone totally insane (quite possible) or the Israeli govt. Backlit keys light up when your hands approach the keyboard and automatically brighten or fade to suit your environment. ![]() And Logic always bounces in place ‘offline’ which is ridiculous. It’s like ‘bounce in place'… Logic doesn’t actually ‘bounce in place’, it bounces to a new track… which is not exactly bouncing in place is it? BIP also has a radio button to select ‘selected track’ which is useless as you can never select a track to bounce to. I’ve been using Logic 9 and Pro X for 12 years and am pretty proficient with most of its functions and so when I suddenly run in to behaviour like this it just blows my mind. Therefore I’m forced to create a volume automation lane to make the fade (which I also don’t really want to do). The only way to get the fade tool to work at the end of the track is to convert ALL the regions to a new audio file, which is basically what I started out with and I don’t want the track to be that way. So, to make each little clip/region behave as a stand alone audio region/file, I tried to convert each region to a new audio file (which worked and they showed up in the project browser) but the fade tool still doesn’t perform a fade on any of them. aif file (the original recording), which I understand. In the Project browser each little region on the track shows up as being a section of the original one long. In fact the fade doesn’t work on any of the regions and I’m guessing that the cross fades that I made between each region on the track are not actually working either, even though Logic shows graphically that a cross fade exists. 1 Posted AugWith Fade tool Drag over the start or end point of an audio region, reaching its border It doesn't drag the region alternatively Ctrl+Shift, and start inside the region direction its border. I then tried to fade out the last audio region and the fade doesn’t work. I then took some of the sections (A, B, C, D etc.) and ‘option’ ‘dragged’ them around to make up a song arrangement. I then split the audio file up into sections of 8 measures. I created an audio track and recorded a few separate guitar parts.
